Start with bases in the middle and have them connect their arms to one another.  Then have 3 fliers place their hands on the main bases shoulders and lift their leg up that is farthest from the crowd (the back flier can lift either leg).  Now place another base on that leg that the flier has lifted, and place her to that side.   She will have her left hand on the flier's thigh (place underneath) and her right hand on the flier's ankle with a hamburger grip.

 

On count have the flier dip and jump, and have the back base lift the flier over her head.  The flier will need to push straight down through the shoulder of the main base and keep her body tight with both legs together.  When stable, have all 3 fliers lift their leg that is not being supported for the finish.

 

NOTE:  you may want to place an additional spot on each flier for safety reasons.
