You need 10 people (5 fliers and 5 bases) for COED

You need 16+ people (5 fliers and 11+bases) for ALL girl

COED:  Start with a toss hands in the middle, 2 toss hands next to the middle, and 2 shoulder sits on the outside.  All fliers will connect arms with the 2 toss hand fliers (top fliers) next to the middle always on top.  On count the bases of the top fliers will dip and extend to opposing liberty hitches and will hitch to the outside shoulder sits.  All will hit either low V-s or HI-V's for the finish.

ALL-GIRL:  Start with an elevator or shoulder stand in the middle, 2 elevators next to the middle, and 2 shoulder sits on the outside.  All fliers will connect arms with the 2 elevator fliers (top fliers) next to the middle always on top.  On count the bases of the top fliers will dip and extend to opposing liberty hitches and will hitch to the outside shoulder sits.  All will hit either low V-s or HI-V's for the finish.
