Start with 2 Elevators and a shoulder sit in the middle. Have the 2 outside elevators fliers lift their inside legs to the shoulder sit in the middle. Make sure their legs are parrellel to the ground. The fliers should not place any weight on the the shoulder sit flier. It is just for effect. Now have the two outside fliers hit Hi-V's for the finish.
