Start with 2 elevators on the outside and a double cupie all-girl hitch in the middle.

For the double cupie in the middle start with the main base squated down with her 2 arms bent above her shoulders. Have the 2 main fliers place their inside foot to the main base's hands and their outside foot on top of an outside base. Now place a backspot behind each flier with her outside hand on the fliers buttocks and her inside hand on the flier's inside ankle. Place 1 more backspot behind the main base for more support on her wrists.

On count have the fliers dip and jump off the ground, have the out bases lift and extend the flier, have the flier backspots push the flier's buttock up and squeeze and lift with the inside ankle, and have the main base stand and extend up. The fliers will need to stay tight and hollow out through their bodies. The outside bases will immediately grab underneath the flier's inside foot as to be holding an extension with it. when comfortable have the fliers hitch their outside foot to the elevators to the outside.

The elevators to the outside need to go up to elevators and hitch their outside legs, then grab the top flier's foot for the effect of the pyramid.
