Start with with an elevator from the side.  Now extend the flier just as though you were doing a scorpion.   The flier will need to ride straight up with her feet together, then pull and grab her foot like she would for a scorpion. (This is done by using your back muscles to kick you left leg straight you and grab the top part of you foot right away with both hands.  This can be very difficult, so beginners may want to grab their foot from the side with their left hand.)  Once you have your foot, open your hip toward the crowd on position your foot under your chin.  Hit a Hi-V for the finish.

 

TIP: Practice this stunt on the ground by having another person help by lifting your leg.

TIP: Keep your leg locked so you do not fall.

TIP: balance by squeezing
