Start with a shoulder sit in the middle, 2 elevators on either side facing out (front elevators), and 2 elevators behind (back elevators). Place a post in front of each front elevator, Have the 2 front elevator fliers bend down and grab the hands of the post. when stable, have the fliers lift their front leg straight up to the shoulder sit flier in the middle.
Now have the back elevators dip, extend, and hitch their inside leg to the shoulders of the shoulder sit. Have the top fliers hit Hi-V's for the finish.
(NOTE: There are many ways to get up into this. Use your creativity and try what works best.)
