Flier – Waite for your bases dip. On the count of READY, 1, 2 you want to think DOWN, UP right away as if you were saying READY 1, 2, DOWN, UP. This will give you your timing and help you ride your pop. Now for 540: Use the count of the word DOWN to drop you shoulders slightly so that on the word UP you think about lifting up with your shoulders and your chest. To make it easier for you to lift, try to pull a Hi-V t assist with your lift and gradually begin to drop you left leg. They key now is to square your body to the front. (You want to square to the front, then from there the stunts is just like a regular fulldown). Right after you lift, cross your arms across your body to the left, tuck your chin to your left shoulder, kick your left leg down to slight behind your right heel, and bump your hip up to initiate your fulldown. Remember to keep your legs straight and together as you spin. As you begin to come around look to the front, open up ,and squeeze your abs to stop your rotation. Pike your legs up to a cradle position then grab you base with you left arm firmly around his head/shoulders and the right around to the side to assist with catching.
Base - On count, dip with you legs and shrug pop with your shoulders (DO NOT bend your arms). Go slightly with the fliers twist (DO NOT over twist or it can hurt twist). Keep both arms up and step back with your right leg. Jump and grab high for the flier with arms about shoulder width apart ( make sure fliers buttocks is between both arms). Then bring flier into your body and absorb with your legs.
