Start with an Elevator

 

Flier-As the bases extend, begin to shift your weight and right foot to the center of the stunt. Make sure you are hollowing out your body, squeezing your abs, keeping your legs together, and keeping your head up. At the top, hit your NIKE by lifting your right foot up, grabbing your ankle with your right hand, placing your knee down, and hitting a half a Hi-V with your left arm to make the "Swoosh" visual.

Back spot-Start with the flierís ankles with your corresponding hands. As the flier goes up. Work your left hand to assist with the flierís right ankle (so you have 2 hands on her ankle). Then Squeeze up for the finish.

Right base- Start with your elevator grip. On count extend the flier up and slightly to the center. Make sure the entire time that you are squeezing her foot for support.

NOTE: make sure the flier is slightly on the ball of her foot. You do not want her on her heel OR all the way on her toes.

Left base- Start with your elevator grip. On count guide the flier up and slightly toward the center. Before you hit the top of the stunt, quickly place your right hand under the flierís foot and your left hand on top of your flierís foot. Squeeze for support to finish.
 

TIP: If one base is weaker than the other and timing is off, make sure you just stay tight.  DO NOT try to compensate by bending either one of your legs OR the base that is holding your straight leg foot will get all of the weight.

 

TIP: If the other base is struggling, make sure you wait for him/her to catch up to you OR the stunt will fall if they do not have the strength to finish.
