Tuck out Cradle

A tuck out is done by riding up for your cradle, and right before you hit the highest point you (flier) need to tuck your knees to your chest and bring your hands down to meet above your knees. When they touch you want to immediately push your legs away, straighten your legs out, place your arms to your sides, and lift up with your belly button (hips) just as you would in a cradle. When you meet with the bases hands you want to pike and wrap for the cradle.
