Flier -Start in an hands, Or any other extended stunt. You my have your hands in a Hi-V, T ,Or holding your leg (i.e Scorption). On count make sure you keep your position through the base's dip and pop. Don't try to jump out of the stunt yourself OR you will go no where. Ride the pop, then clean right before you hit the highest point. Cleaning requires you to squeeze your body to the front, keep your abs tight, squeeze your buttocks, lean slightly back, pull your hands down to your sides, AND tuck you chin (this way you see the ground as you come down). Keep this position until right before you come into contact with the base. At this point you need to bend your arms, and grab and resist through the base's wrists.

Base -Dip on count with your legs. As you come up extend your arms and toss the flier (If cradling from an extended stunt, you will shrug up with your shoulders after you dip with your legs.). Keep your arms up. As the flier comes down you must jump up, grab her waist, slow her down by resisting her, and place her feet gently on the ground.
