Flier -Start in an elevator, Or any other extended stunt. You my have your hands in a Hi-V, T ,Or holding your leg (i.e Scorption). On count make sure you keep your position through the bases' dip and pop. Don't try to jump out of the stunt yourself OR you will go no where. Ride the pop, then clean right before you hit the highest point. Cleaning requires you to squeeze your body to the front, pull your hands down to your sides, lift your belly button up, AND tuck your chin. Keep this position until right before you come into contact with the bases. At this point you need to open your arms for the cradle and pike. As the bases catch you, wrap and squeeze for the cradle remembering to catch yourself.
Tip: don't just hit a T-motion during the catch. This puts all of the weight onto your bases. you need to catch the yourself by wraping around the bases.
Bases -Dip on count with your legs. As you come up extend your arms and toss the flier, remembering to keep the timing with the other base (If cradling from an extended stunt, you will shrug up with your shoulders after you dip with your legs.). Keep your arms up. As the flier comes down you must jump up, slow her down by resisting her, and squeeze her into your body for the cradle. When catching the cradle your back hand will be placed on the flier' mid-back AND your front arm will be place under the flier's thighs.
Spotter -Stay with the bases as they dip with their legs. You will toss and guide the flier's ankles for the toss of the cradle to give the flier direction and height. Keep your arms extended. As the flier comes down, make fists and place your hands/arms under the flier's armpits. As you catch the flier your arms should bend straight up to dagger positions and squeeze the flier for the cradle.
