Start with 3 shoulder stands(or elevators). Have the middle face forward and the 2 outside face in. Place 2 fliers in hands between the shoulder stands, and have them face in line with the outside fliers. Now have the fliers in hands grab the shoulders with the outside fliers in shoulder stands. The outside fliers will need to be underneath and grab under her armpits. At the same time make sure the fliers in hands need to raise their leg to the backside up (like an arabesque), so that the flier in the middle can grab the ankle of both fliers (The flier who is holding both ankles may need to bend at the knees a little in order to grab the flier's ankles).
