Start with the top flier figuring out which way she wants to split. Now place 2 shoulder sits facing in to one another. Then place a flier in between them and have her grab a thumb grip with each of the fliers in the shoulder sits. Now place a backspot in the back of the flier and have her grab the flier's waist. On count have the flier jump off the ground, have the backspot throw and guide the flier up, and have the shoulder sit fliers pop the flier up throw their arms. The top flier needs to split on the way up and place her legs on the back shoulders of the shoulder sit fliers. The shoulder sits need to use their back arm and guider the top flier's legs onto their shoulders for the finish.

NOTE: you may place 2 other cheerleaders on the outsied feet for addition stability (as shown in picture)
