Inverted shoulder stand split

Start with a shoulder stand and have another flier in a half elevator in front of the shoulder stand.

 

Have the flier in the half elevator grab underneath the thighs of the flier in the shoulder stand and place her head between the legs of the flier in the shoulder stand.  On count have the bases of the half elevator dip and guide their flier up (gently), and have the flier ride her hips up to a shoulder stand, the flier in the shoulder stand will need to bend slightly to make room for the other flier's shoulders.  When comfortable, split for the finish.
