Start with a Toss Hands in front and an Elevator behind.  Back the hands to the Elevator flier.  The E-flier will grab the top flier by her waist in a toss position. On count the base holding hands will dip and slightly toss the top flier. At the same time the E-flier will toss the top flier to chair. The top flier (keeping her legs locked) will ride the toss slightly before to the top where she will hit her chair position (similar to a Toss Chair).  Top flier hit a Hi-V for the finish.

To dismount the E-flier needs to slightly drop the top flier by leading her with her leg to 2 bases below.
