Start with either 2 elevators (as in the picture) OR 2 shoulder stands if you are a COED team. Have 1 elevator face forward and the other elevator face in. NOw place 2 throwers with a flyer across from the elevator that is facing inward. The throwers need to be in a elevator ready position and the flier should have her hands on the base's shoulders and her feet in the bases hands. ON count have the throwers throw the flier up and slightly back, making sure to guide her to the elevators. The top flier needs to stay tight, ride the toss up and slightly back, and remain stiff by squeezing her abs. The elevators should have their arms towards the flier as she comes up and guide her to position above their heads. The elevator facing forward should grab for the top flier's lower back OR upper thigh with her back hand and grab the flier's ankle closest to her with her front hand, then guide her to position. The elevator facing in will grab for the top fliers upper back/shoulders and squeeze her up above her head. When the pyramid is stable, the top flier will extend her front leg for the finish.
