Start with 3 shoulder stands and add a total of 4 fliers (main fliers) between them (this can also be done with 2 shouldstands with 3 fliers between them.)

When the top flier's are stable, have their bases let go and place their hands on the main fliers' waists beside them. Make sure the main fliers are positioned slightly in front of the shoulderstands so that the bases will have more control as they are lifted. Now have the bases bend down, grab a firm grip on the main fliers, and get ready for the lift. The main fliers will reach up for the top fliers, and the top fliers will grab the forearms of the main fliers on either side of them.

For the Lift On count have the main fliers dip and jump together, the bases will stand up and lift up on the main fliers' waists, and the top fliers will stand and roll his/her shoulders back. When stable have the main fliers hit their liberties for the finish.
