Start with a flier placed in an elevator and have her fall back at her knees to 2 other bases (so she has 4 bases under her at this time).

Now place an elevator Or hands stunt (COED couple) behind this flier who fellback. Have the flier in the elevator/hands hitch her left foot to the belly/waist of the flier in front of her. The flier in front needs to support the other flier's foot onto her belly/waist by placing her right hand on the ankle and the left hand on the shin of the left leg. When stable, have the flier in back step and lock her leg, and place her right foot on the other flier's waist. Hit a Hi-V for the finish.
