Start with a base and a flier in any extended stunt.
On count have the base dip with his legs and shrug with his shoulders for the pop. The flier will ride up (staying tight), bring her left shoulder/left hip over, tuck her chin to her right shoulder, and bring her legs/arms together for the 1/2 twist. The flier needs to make sure that she doesn't try to twist
too much as she will over rotate. Just the momentum of the pop and tucking her chin should get her over enough (have an extra spot on hand just in case).
For the catch the base needs to keep his hands up and reach high for the flier as she comes around. The flier needs to reach over her left shoulder (as she would for a regular cradle), and begin to pike for the cradle. As the
flier comes into contact with the base, the base needs to catch the flier high and squeeze her into his body. At the same time the flier needs to wrap her arms around
the base's head (on his shoulders) to catch herself, and finish her pike in his arms for the finish.
