Start with an elevator and a should sit facing one another. Have the fliers in both connect both arms. The flier in the elevator has to have her arms on top facing down on the other flier's wrists.

Now have the elevator dip and toss their flier up. Their flier will ball and tuck in the air then pike her legs up as she comes down. The bases in the elevator as they catch will place their front hand on the flier's buttocks/waist and their back hand on the flier's mid-back/back shoulders. The shoulder sit flier will maintain her grip with the other flier and assist her on the way down and rolls.

For the roll the base will dip and toss the flier's buttocks/waist straight up with their front hand. The flier will lift up with her toes to the sky, straighten her body, and readjust her grip as she falls to her belly for the finish.
