Flier
– Fliers, just as you did for the Toss Extension, wait for the flick
at the very top of the toss. Once you have flicked, ride up with you
feet close together and keep your weight in your right foot, which you
will be pulling to the center. When stable, pull your stretch by
pulling your left leg to your left arm (TIP: A proper stretch position
is in relation to you pulling your Hi V to your thigh. If you pull
your stretch too much to the front OR to the side, then you will have
problems!).
Base –
the exact same as the toss liberty. The other thing that you might
want to remember is to squeeze you grip. When the flier pulls her
stretch, the stunt has a tendency to move more than usual. |
