Start with the flier standing on the ground in an opposite stretch. Have the base grab the flier's waist with his left hand and under the thigh with his right hand.

On count have the flier dip and jump. The base will follow the flier, let her jump, then toss her up. The flier will ride the toss to the top, then after the flick will drop her right leg straight down and kick her right leg up to grab for the stretch.

Make sure the flier drops her leg straight down, and pulls straight up so that she does move all over.

Now have the base grab the flier's right foot as though he was catching a toss stretch. The flier will hit the stretch and smile for the finish.
