Superman Stunt

Start with a base and a flier in a prep position. The flier will need to get a good grip on the base's wrists, and the base will need to have a firm grip on the flier's waist upon starting.

On count the flier will give a slight jump off of the ground, then lift her chest up and feet up as to arch her body. This will help keep her body in position, help her fight the pull of gravity, and keep her feet from hitting the ground. The base will need to keep his arms flexed and in close as he swings the flier between his legs.

Using the momentum of the swing, the base will swing the flier back through (keeping her close) and tossing/flicking her straight up in front of him. The flier will stay tight and give a strong flick up to the stunt.

Please note that the flier may want to ball up her legs to make it easier to catch as she is tossed to hands OR any other stunt. Have the flier hit a Hi-V for the finish.
