Start with a shoulder stand in the middle, and two 1/s table tops (w/ should sits in front) on the outside.

Now place 2 girls in hands behind and off to the inside of the table tops. Have the top fliers connect arms with the flier in the middles.

On count have the base dip and pop the flier's outside foot to the mid-back of the mid-layer base of the table top. When stable have the bases dip and pop the fliers up.

The fliers will ride the pop, maintain connection with the mid-layer flier, and stay tight. When stable the fliers will pull their outside stretches for the finish.
