(Note: There are many different ways to get into this single base handstand)

Start with a base in the middle, a flier and base behind him in hands, and 2 shoulder stands on each side. Have the flier grab a thumb to thumb grip with the base in front of her. The base will need to keep his elbows in close to make the handstand easier.

On count have the base (holding hands) dip and pop the flier's feet up. The flier will resist through her arms by straightening them and riding her hips up. The main base will stay as tight as possible by squeezing to alleviate any movement from the stunt. The flier will continue with her handstand and when stable will split. The side shoulder stands will grab the flier's leg next to them for the finish.

NOTE: You can have the back base support and hold the flier in a handstand to make the pyramid hit easier.
