Start with a flier and base facing each other about 6 feet apart. You may also want a spotter for safety reasons. The base will bend down with his right arm in ready position.

On count have the flier do a roudoff and rebound straight up as if she was going to do a back tuck. Really make sure that she take the tuck up instead of back into the base. The base will need to follow the flier's lower back as she comes in for the round off (don't jam her in the back, instead the base needs to reach for her back and go with her as she rebounds).

After the flier's rebound the base will need to push straight up through the lower back of the flier to initiate the flier's height and rotation for the rewind. The flier will continue with her flip, spot the base, then lift up with her chest and head as she remains tight. The base will immediately (after he pops her) spot the flier's feet, grab and push throug the top of the stunt. Once the stunt hits the flier will pull her stunt for the finish.
