Start with a flier and a base in a prep position with the base's hands on the flier's waist.

On count the flier will dip and jump while thinking about staying tight, dropping her right shoulder to the side, and lifting up both legs to the left. She will really need to stay tight through her mid-section as she is being spun around. The base will wait for the flier to jump, then while keeping a hold of the flier's waist will lift her feet up to the ceiling. This is done by pushing his right hand underneath, and rotating the flier's hips.

The base will continue by lifting the flier over his head to a point where the flier's head is behind him and the flier's feet are in front. A the same time the base will walk in a circle to his left, then place the flier gently on the ground for the finish in a prep.
