Front handspring twist up ..

Start with a flier facing a base. Have the flier start a front handspring controlled into the base to give the base time to grab the flier's waist. The base will reach for the flier's mid-back and guide her in.

The flier will need to give a good push off of the ground and shift her weight to the base's right (her left). The base will help rotate the flier upright by leaving his right hand underneath on the flier's waist and turning her over with his left hand.

Then the base will toss her and initiate the flier's rotation by pushing through with his right arm. The flier will need to pull up with her shoulders, wrap tight with her arms, and tuck her chin to her left shoulder.

After the toss the base will look for the flier's feet, open his hands up, then grab and squeeze the flier's feet before she twists to the front. Now hit a stunt for the finish.
