Flier –From hands, stay tight keeping your body position, your legs locked, your chest up, remain on the balls of your feet, and smile, ON count hold your position and hit your HI V at the top of your stunt.

 

Base –From hands dip with your legs and lift with your shoulders to the extended positions. Remember to lock your arms and keep your arms at shoulder width for proper technique.
