Start with 3 elevators in a row facing forward. Now place 2 fliers (top fliers) in an elevators(or hands)
back and to the outside of each outer elevator.
Now have the elevators of the top fliers lift them up so they (top flier) will hitch their inner foot to the
flier (mid-layer flier) in the elevator slightly in front of them. Each middle layer flier will bring their
outer elbow in, flex their arm, hold the top flier's inner foot, and reach for the top flier's inner hip with
their own inner hand. The top flier will place her hands on the mid-layer flier's shoulders before she goes up.
On count the top flier's elevators will dip, pop, and guide them up to the mid-layer fliers. The top flier will ride the pop,
push off the mid-layer flier's shoulders, and step and lock with their leg. The mid-layer fliers will keep their outside arm flexed and their
inside arm will keep contact with the top fliers inner hip.
When stable have the top flier bend to her side, connect with the flier of the middle elevator, and kick their outer arm and leg straight out for the finish.
