(NOTE: This can be done ground up, but will intruct this as a post up).

Start from the ground with a base in the middle and 2 fliers on either side placing their inside foot on the base's shoulder. The base will grab each of the fliers' feet with the corresponding hand. Now place 2 more bases one under each foot of the fliers'to the outside.

On count have them all dip, have the fliers stand up and lock on the middle base's shoulder, and have the fliers' bend/hitch their outside legs while the outside bases support under them. The middle layer fliers need to keep their arms to their sides and stay tight.

Now place 2 girls in hands behind each middle layer flier. Have their bases extend them up and have the fliers place their inside foot in the pocket of the corresponding middle layer flier. The middle layer will place her inside hand under the toe of the top flier and place their outside arm around the knee. ON count have the bases dip and pop the flier. The fliers will stand and lock, then pull their stretches for the finish.
