Start with a base in back, 2 fliers standing side by side in front of the base, and 2 spotters for safety reasons.

The base will bend down at the knees and place each hand on the lower back of each flier. On count the fliers will dip and jump at the same time for their backtuck. If they are off by any means then the base will have difficulty tossing and catching the stunt. As they back tuck, make sure each flier takes it up and not straight back into the base. The base will go with the fliers' momentum then lift their waists straight up, push with his legs, and give them a good pop up at the top.

The fliers will tuck their legs to continue their flip, then spot the base underneath them, and stand up by lifting up with their chest (The fliers should NOT stomp their feet). As the fliers' feet come around, the base will grab the feet, squeeze, and shrug through the stunt. The flier's will immediate wrap their arms around each others back, lift up, stay tight, and hit half Hi-V's for the finish.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an advanced stunt and you need to take the proper precautions if considering to attempt it.
