Start with a stunt couple in a cupie. While maintaining control, the base will lower the flier down to shoulder level. The flier will maintain her position at all times while being lowered.

Immediately base will dip with his legs and pop the flier up while maintaining his grip on ther flier's feet. The flier will bend at her knees, bring her arms in, and drop her chest. As the flier comes down, the base will need to reach high to get his forearm around the flier's waist, in order to slow her down on the way to the ground.

As the flier is getting lowered, she will need to reach her arms abover her head for the ground. The base will need to flip the flier down while maintaining her feet at shoulder level, and keeping control of the flier so she does not slam into the ground.

As they hit the ground the flier will push off, and the base will use this momentum to toss the flier straight up with his left arm. The base will really need to concentrate on getting the flier's upper body up and getting her feet back underneath her before pushing the stunt back up to and extended position.

The bases will finish by pressing the stunt up and the flier will hit a Hi-V for the finish.
