Cradle swing around

Have a base and a flier start in a cradle position.

To get momentum the base needs to swing the flier to his left then back to his right. As he swings right have the base drop the flier's legs with his left arm, squeeze the flier's lower back with his right arm, and swing her legs around to his back. The flier will remain tight, keep ahold of the base with her left arm, extend her legs out, squeeze her abs and stay tight. The base and flier will both use the base's right arm as the rotating point.

The base will be bent over and the flier (staying tight with her body) will manuever herself around the base's back until she swings to a point where she can regrab the base's head/shoulders in a reverse craddle grip. The base will reach back with his left arm for the flier and bring her into a reverse craddle where he firmly catches her with his right arm for the finish.
