Flier
–From a chair, start shifting your weight to your left leg. On count,
go with the bases dip and stand up slowly to hands by lift up with
your shoulders and hips. From a torch, start shifting your weight to
your right leg. On count, go with the bases dip and watch for his
pop. You will need to square up to the front and lift up with your
shoulders. Remember to keep your legs locked and wait for the base to
catch your feet.
Base –From
a chair, adjust your left hand from the fliers ankle to the flier left
foot. Try to get underneath her foot as much as you can, even if it

that is between you thumb and index finger, but that is Ok. ON count,
dip with you legs, pop the flier’s buttocks with your right shoulder,
