Flier –from hands pull up with your stunt to and extended position with you legs together.  Pull your left leg up to your just like a stretch, but much more.  You can grab your left foot with both hands for assistance then switch to your right hand.  Then pull your left hand through and hit a half a “T” motion for the Finish.

 

Base –Exactly just like a liberty grip.  Just squeeze more than usual.
