Arm swing flip (up to cupie)

Start with a flier and a base. Have the flier stand to the base's right side and the base will extend his left arm out (keeping elbow in).

The flier will step forward with her right foot, grab the base's left arm with both hands (right on top, left hand underneath), then kick her left leg up to give hersef momentum to flip around the base's arm. The base will need to keep his left arm strong, keep in close, and lift up and rotate the flier as she flips.

As the flier flips up and over, the base will catch the flier's feet with his right hand and wrap his arm around the flier's waist with his left arm (while supporting her).

For the cupie, the base will dip with his legs, shrug/pop the flier up with his left arm/shoulder, maintain the flier's feet below her hips with his right hand as he stands her up and presses to a cupie.

The flier will need to wait for the base's pop,lift up with her shoulders, push off the base's left arm, and stand up to a cupie for the finish.
