Flier –from hands pull up with your stunt to and extended position with you legs together. Pull your left foot up by pulling your left heel up with your left hand. As your are pulling your foot up, slide your foot to your left elbow then pull both arms up for a muscleman motion for the finish.

Base –Exactly just like a liberty grip. Just squeeze more than usual.
