Start with a COED couple in an extended stunt and a spotter behind.
For the POP On count have the bases dip and pop the flier feet straight up and give it a slight turn to the right. The flier will ride the pop and square up about 45 degrees to her right. The flier will ride this pop as if she was going to cradle, the only difference is that she is NOT going to pike at the end. So make sure she remains tight with her arms to her sides, her legs straight, and feet pointed.

For the catch As the flier comes the main base will reach up for the fliers waist and place her buttocks/hips on his upper shoulders. The flier split her left leg up, stay tight, and grab the main bases wrists. The spotter will reach high for the flier's upper back and slow her down as she is placed on the main bases back.

For the pop up Everyone will dip, the spotter will then pop the flier's upper back up and slightly forward, and the main base will toss the flier's hips straight up. The flier will need to flick off of the main base's wrists, stay tight with her abs, squeeze her buttocks, ride up the toss, get her head up, hollow her body out, and lift up with her shoulders to help her squeeze her position (which is her new extended stunt position). The main base will regrab and squeeze the flier's foot for the finish.
