(For the 221 handstand) - start with 2 shoulder stands side by side, and have a flier in hands (or elevator) in front facing them. The flier needs to bend at the waist, put her head between the middle layer fliers, and hook arms. The middle layer fliers will place their outside arm on the flier's waist.

On count have the base in hands (or bases if from elevator) dip and pop/guide the flier's feet straight up. The flier will need lift up with her hips and ride up to a handstand making sure to keep in control. The middle layer fliers will maintain contact and control the flier to the handstand. Once stable the flier will pull her split for the finish.

NOTE: The photo shows 2 211's on either side of the 211. You need to place the middle layers up and the middle layers go up for the 221. Now toss the fliers up at the same time as the handstand goes up. This will give enough time for the flier's to get stable right before the top flier splits for the finish.
