Start with a middle layer base in a double base thigh stand and place 2 girls in hands on both sides and slightly to the back.

On count have the girls in hands pop up and hitch their inside foot to the middle layer base in the thigh stand. When ready have the 2 bases holding hands pop and guide their fliers up and slightly to the middle. The 2 fliers will squeeze their legs together and wrap their inside arms around each others mid-back. The middle layer base will keep his arms straight and squeeze as much as possible. When ready have the fliers pull their outside stretches for the finish.
