The Ride













Flier – Start with your hands on the corresponding bases shoulders as you are holding yourself up, and the balls of your feet are placed into the basket. As the bases dip down keep this position at all times.  Do not change your body position.  As the bases come up for the throw, then shrug with your arms for momentum and push off of the bases’ shoulders.  Your arms should come up as you stand up out of the basket.  Do not think about jumping out of the basket or you will fight your bases and loose height.
