Flier –Start with both hands on the corresponding bases in front of you.  You can start with one foot in OR jump in with both feet.  We are going to jump in with both feet.  On count jump off of the ground, DO NOT double bounce, and lift yourself up into the basket.  Practice this skill by having the bases drop their arms and have the flier just hang there and hold herself up.  You should be pushing straight down through the bases shoulders.  If this is not happening then the bases are either too far apart Or you are not over their shoulders.  Now place the balls of your feet into the middle front of the baskets and do not give the bases much weight at all.  You need to hold your position (shoulders over knees over toes).  You can look down as you get into the basket, but once you get settled, then you need to get your head up.
