Flier
– Ride up with your arms straight up, your abs squeezed tight, and
your buttocks squeezed. Right before your hit the top of your ride is
when your want to pull arms to your sides, tuck your chin, lift your
hips, and pull your toes to the ceiling. Do not throw your head back
or it will slow down your rotation speed. Your rotation comes from
your hips and toes be pulled through, and your chest lifting up. As
you come around and see the ground, keep lifting with your chest to
give you a nice arch. As you meet with the bases’ hands, pike and
catch for the cradle.
