Flier
– Ride up with your arms straight up, your abs squeezed tight, and
your buttocks squeezed. Right before your hit the top of your ride
is when your want to pull arms to your left and or right side
depending on which way your want to spin, tucking your chin, lift
your hips, and pull your toes to the ceiling. Do not throw your
head back or it will slow down your rotation speed. Your rotation
comes from your hips and toes be pulled through, and your chest
lifting up. Right before you finish your full and begin to see
the front of the basket, open up out of your full and square your
self to the front by pulling up with your chest. Squeeze your abs
and buttocks to maintain your body position. NOTE: If you are
pulling a 1 and ½ full, then you are pulling late. As you come
around and see the ground, keep lifting with your chest to give
you a nice arch. As you meet with the bases’ hands, pike and catch
for the cradle.
