Flier – Ride up with your arms up slightly in front, your abs squeezed tight, and your buttocks squeezed. When you begin to feel yourself coming down is when you want to hit your bottle rocket (It is at the very top). Now snap your right leg up and hit fists up to your leg (Do not touch your leg, it will reduce the height of the kick). Your left leg needs to remain straight down. Think about snapping that left leg and point it to the ground. Both legs need to snap the bottle rocket skill at the same time. If you try to hit the just the kick then it might initiate a rotation, so be aware of that left leg at all times. On the way down squeeze your legs together, pull your arms to your side, pull up with your belly button, tuck your chin, and squeeze in a slightly arched position. As you meet with the bases’ hands, pike and catch them for the cradle.
