Flier – You need to take a different approach with this basket.  As you come off of the basket hollow your chest, bring your arms down slightly in front, and lift your lower back up.  Picture as though there is a string pulling up on your lower back as you ride up.  Keep your legs and arms straight a all times.  Right before you hit the top, snap your ankles up (keep your feet pointed), lift with your chest.  Keep pulling with your ankles to continue your rotation and tuck hard with your chest.  As you front flip around stay in a pike position. As you meet with the bases’ hands, keep your pike and catch for the cradle.
