– Ride up with your arms straight up, your abs squeezed tight, and
your buttocks squeezed. Right before your hit the top of your ride is
when your want to pull your knees to your chest and wrap under your
knees with your arms. Do not throw your head back. Your rotation
comes from your knees being pulled to your chest and the gradual
pulling of your chest up. As you come around and see the ground, kick
out with your legs, tuck your chin, and lift up with your chest to
give you a nice arch. As you meet with the bases’ hands, pike and
catch for the cradle.
