Tic Toc (Lib to Stretch)

Start in a left liberty extended (It's ussually easier to start on your weakest leg, this way you land your tic toc on your stronger leg).

On count you need to wait for the pop, ride up with your shoulders, stay tight, and place your righ foot down with control to the center(quick and controlled). Don't slam it down, don't try to place it, and don't go too slow. At the same time you will lift your left leg up to your left hand (don't reach for it) for the stretch and the finish.

The bases will need to give the flier a medium/light pop, keep their arms up, reach up for the right foot, squeeze the foot as they come into contact, keep their arms locked for the catch, and absorb the blow of the catch with their legs for the catch.
