Switch Kick Transition

Start with 2 elevators (or shoulder stands) facing toward each other and place a 1/2 elevator in between. Now have the main flier reach up with both arms (palms up) to the side fliers. The side fliers will place their front hand on the flier's forearm and their backhand on the flier's tricep.

Now have the middle 1/2 elevator dip and toss the flier straight up. The side fliers will help guide the main flier by lifting up with her tricep. The main flier will ride up with her chest slightly forward , stay tight, and kick her right foot up while keeping her left foot down. Don't kick too hard and don't forget your chest or the momentum will take your upper body back and you will rotate. Right before you hit the top you need to immediately kick your left leg up and kick your right leg back down (this needs to be quick).

For the catch it all depends on what you are going to do next. You can land in a cradle, flat back, or a double take position. Just make sure all of the catchers have their arms up and the flier stays tight.
